Automations: Do not pause contacts on email-steps.

Hi.
When pause contacts in automation they are pause where ever they are in the automation at the moment another automation/trigger fires the action "pause contact".
If the contact is paused by an external trigger/automation that is not the automation they are paused in:
Please keep the contact running until they hit a wait step (at least do not pause them on an email step).
If the contact is paused by a pause step inside the automation they are currently going through:
Do not move them from this pause-step until they are not paused anymore. They should be paused instantly and directly in this step and not some seconds later when they have already moved further down the automation.
Far too often we experience that contacts are pauses on a 'Send email step' - and when they are resumed they get that email right away at the moment they are resumed... That often leads to people getting emails that are outdated, or maybe they are getting this email at an inappropriate time.
Thank you in advance

Appreciate the feedback. Let's get that fixed.

I totally second this - it's a "nightmare" to keep flow clean when paused contacts are lying everywhere.
They should only stop to pause on waitsteps.

Ideally Simplero would move contacts through all steps that are not wait steps in milliseconds, and there would not be time to pause contacts in other places than "pause steps" and 'Wait steps"...
It would in general make a much better workflow and overview if contacts were only "sitting" in waisteps.
Thank a lot - I hop you will implement this :)
