Can we have a way for a field to calculate based on responses to other fields?

For example: similar to a quiz, where there's a right answer and a wrong answer, and you get a pass/fail.

For example: a calculator that can be used to generate a quote based on options selected.

For example: a pre-training skills assessment that would determine whether someone should be placed in a beginner/ intermediate/ advanced course.
