Accordion / Expandable Text Blocks for Website Pages
Elsa Bonafonte
Hi Simplero team,
I’d love to request a feature that would greatly improve content organization and user experience on Simplero website pages.
Please add accordion-style (expand/collapse) text blocks to the website builder.
Why This Matters
- Many pages —especially sales pages, course descriptions, FAQs, and long-form content— become very long and difficult to navigate without collapsible sections.
- Accordion blocks help reduce visual overwhelm and create a cleaner, more structured layout.
- They improve readability on mobile, where long text sections feel endless and increase bounce rates.
- This is a standard feature in most modern website builders, and its absence requires complicated custom code or external embeds.
Use Cases
- FAQ sections.
- “What’s inside the course?” module breakdowns.
- Lesson or module summaries in sales pages.
- Terms, disclaimers, or long explanations that users might want to expand only if needed.
- Compact layouts for mobile visitors.
Suggested Implementation
- A simple content block in the website editor with:
- A title (visible when collapsed)
- A text area (visible when expanded)
- Optional toggles for icons, animation, and default state (open/closed)
- Ability to add multiple accordions inside one block or to duplicate them easily.
- Fully compatible with mobile responsiveness and existing design settings.
Adding this feature would dramatically improve content structure, reduce page length, and offer a more modern and professional browsing experience.
Thank you for considering it — it would be incredibly helpful for anyone building robust educational pages on Simplero.

2.0 Builder - Add an FAQ section
Magalie Pigeon
In the 2.0 builder, there's no way to configure an FAQ section.
And this is something essential on sales pages.

Any news on this? I use these extensively for myself and clients and it's a pain to have to hand-code it for Builder 2.0 right now. Move this one up the schedule, please!

This would help my sales page so much for my FAQ section. Thank You For brining this up and for planning it!

+1 Simplero team, are there any plans
this
year to add this feature? We need to decide from our end if we stay on the old webpage system or switch to Builder 2.0 if there is or isn't this FAQ section. TIA.Load More
