Activity log: Do not count an email as if the contact opened it - when our team member opens a reply to that email

Hi.
Case is:
When a contact send us a reply to one of our emails and we open that replay in our 'Email-support-system' (Helpwise), then it shows up in the contact info of the contact, as if they have opened the email.
Please prevent that because it makes the activity-log useless when it comes to information about opened emails.
If it is not possible to stop this from happening, then please show either the IP or the emailaddress that has opened the email (please see attached image)

Additional information:
- We do not use Simplero's build in support system
- We do not use Simplero's email reply feature ('Process and filter email replies and forward them to you')
- The original email is not automatically opened when we receive a reply for an email. It is hidden behind 3 dots in the reply-email (please see attached image)
