BLUF: Add dynamic trigger timing from legacy builder into new builder countdown timer

The deadline funnel countdown process detailed here ( https://help.simplero.com/courses/1837-how-to-guides/lessons/500594-deadline-funnels) is dynamic from a signup or product purchase. It’s triggered individually by the opt-in or purchase, and the countdown appears inside the emails sent to that person if added. and the legacy page. It starts ticking down from the point of activation. But currently requires the legacy builder which is not being updated or used by anyone moving forward. The current 2.0 builder lacks this second key feature which makes it actually useful.

In the new page builder the countdown timer currently only work toward a specific date. So, because of this the 2.0 page builder countdown is currently for a static campaign only not dynamic offers to increase sales per user — for example, showing a limited-time special offer on a sales page that expires at a fixed date/time for everyone who can see it.
