It would be ideal if we had some extra options for automating processes with other software via Zapier/Make/Pabbly such as Survey/Worksheet Submitted, Call Booked/Cancelled, Task/Deal actions, Course Completed.

Use case examples:

Discovery Call booked / contact form submitted -> add to external Sales/Project CRM

Event Cancelled -> update Sales CRM pipeline status

Form submitted -> send details to external CRM/PM software or google doc

Deal completed -> add to PM/Sales CRM software

Worksheet Submitted -> send to PM software for review/action

Course Completed -> send notification to PM software for completion gift to be sent
