Currently course certificates are set up to issue to an individual user without the ability to adjust parameters such as if the user is in a particular list, etc.

Making a request to have the ability to add specific parameters so that we are given the ability to:

A) if a user needs a certificate then when they complete the course the cert is issued.

B) if we want a user to be able to complete a course but not receive a cert then we can have that option.

For example, want to be able to show a person has completed a particular course (e.g. a College Student) and they receive an email of completion, however if the same course is taken by a licensed provider then they receive the actual certificate for CE activity.

This would prevent us from having to create duplicate courses and products in the system!
