Please add to the activity log for a contact: Information about when contacts engages in Events (sign up, approval, cancellation of participation), and related confirmation emails sent out to the partipant.

This goes for both events that have been set up by an admin, and for events that are created from a Scheduling Link, and would make it so much easier to backtrack and resolve requests from contacts about event participation.
