The only things holding Simplero back from being an excellent CMS (and, in my opinion, better than Zendesk or HubSpot) are ticket insights & trends: Volume by hour/day, average response time, % solved in one reply, stats by team member and topic, plus daily/weekly/monthly/YoY trends. The data already exists, it just needs to be surfaced in dashboards.
