After duplicating a Broadcast, land us in the Drafts tab :)

When duplicating a Broadcast, it gives a green confirmation banner (thanks!) but it is not obvious that it landed in the Drafts tab. Either update the green banner to mention that, or redirect us to Drafts.

Lis Alvarez this one is obsolete -- because (thank you!) after Duplicating a broadcast, it now immediately shows the duplicated copy, so we can start using it right away. Complete :)
