Currently the subscription levels are hidden from users unless they are on an active paying membership. This means that is a user is on a free base level or is added to a higher tier level as a courtesy, there is no way for them to see or upgrade to a higher avaialble paid tier because they are already not paying. What? So anyone added for free cannot pay me to upgrade or see that they can upgrade? Why is this arbitraily hidden? Allow them to pick an upgrade and require a payment method before they can action, but EVERYONE should ALWAYS see the levels I am adding into the system that they can pay for.
