Auto-responder for pending payments

When people want to pay for a product with Bank Transfer, the payment is 'pending' and there is no option to send them an auto-responder, no trigger available for 'pending'.
It would be great if this trigger could be added!

Hi Simplero,
SITUATION: We have quite many people choosing to pay via bank transfer, when they check out at our order page. On the next page, they get all the details about paying via bank transfer.
...So far so good...
PROBLEM: Unfortunately, it seems like most people does not save this information and just exits the page.
Therefore we often receive requests from people writing to us, because they cannot find our bank transfer information again. Taking up a lot of extra time.
SOLUTION: I would love, if an automatic e-mail could be sent to the customer with all the details!
- It could be from choosing this option under the Payment options.
- Or it could be for you to set up an option to trigger a quick e-mail or automation.
This would be awsome!

When handling multiple products, payment options etc... it is a big waste of time if you multiple times a day have to stop what you are working on to go manually check if someone signed up for your product with a manual payment.
This seems to be such a basic must have feature in any system that handles manual payment... you need to know when a customer has signed up and is about to pay you.
I will suggest to add a trigger to the product (and to automations)
When purchase made with a Pending do this ___Trigger____
That would let us create notifications autoamtions and so on to make sure that the customer gets the service they need and that we get the payment that they ment to pay us.

Agreed! One of my manual payment options is "Invoice" which requires me to put together an invoice and send it to them outside of Simplero. There's an action I need to take on my end and I would love to be at a minimum alerted when I need to do this. As an extra bonus, I would love to trigger a webhook that might automatically be able to generate an invoice in my accounting software.
