Comment bar on course comments - put it at the TOP

On course lesson comments, currently you have to scroll for quite a long time to get to the comment bar which is located at the BOTTOM of the comments. In our case, we have hundreds of comments, making this frustrating for course participants.
My request is that the comment bar be placed at the TOP of the comments instead, OR have the comment bar sit in place while the comments can be scrolled through, like what is on the forum.
I recorded a short Loom to show what I mean about the comments on the course, and then what the comments look like on the forum which would be the ideal format for the lessons as well.

This would be extremely helpful! Please consider moving the comment bar to the TOP as soon as possible. There could be hundreds of comments and course participants often times don't even realize a comment bar is an option because there is no indication that it is at the bottom.
