Control or Remove Access Links in Receipt When Thank You Page is Redirected
Anthony Guaydacan
When a purchase is completed in Simplero, the receipt email includes buttons/links to access the purchased content. However, if the thank you page has been redirected (as is often the case for us when we use funnels for our upsells), these links in the receipt still point to the redirected thank you page funnel rather than directly to the course or product the customer purchased.
This causes significant confusion for customers, especially when the redirected thank you page contains offers to buy more. Many buyers complain that they are being “sent to a sales page” instead of their course, which leads to frustration, refund requests, or support tickets.
What we’d like to see:
- A setting that allows us to control where the receipt access buttons/links point (e.g., a direct link to the product, course, or dashboard).
- Or a toggle to remove the access links from the receipt altogether, if we're handling content delivery through automated emails instead.
This has been one of the bigger support issues we’ve faced. Even with autoresponder emails, the receipt link issue continues to trip people up.

yes completely agree i just built a FAQ page and it's pretty horrid with all the text. I ended up using bullet lists for it but still it's a feature most website builders have now :)
