Last month, we noticed that for a promo we are running each month, once the coupon is used up, a message reads "Coupon Not Found" on the order form. (Please see screenshot for clarity)
We got some emails from customers saying our coupon didn't work when in fact it was just that it was used up.
We hope there is a way to change the wording to help communicate that the coupon is no longer available, instead of coupon not found to clear up any confusion with our customer.
