We are unable to customize the background colour for light and dark mode .. … and this is a problem for me & many Simplero clients.

I know this has been asked for (by many) in other feature requests. I was searching for those in order to upvote them, but could not find them. So I’m just starting my own.

Here’s one screenshot from the app where you can see that the text (which is in my brand colour) is almost invisible and definitely not enough contrast to be readable. This affects client’s UX !!!

There are many of us that don’t understand why this cannot just be an option. I personally have not received an answer as to why not. I’ve created tickets for this with the support team. I never get told why this can’t just be done.

We shouldn’t have to pay money and hire someone to do CSS to apply a different background colour for both light and dark mode.

For those of us with brand colors that are not compatible with a white or navy background this is an issue for us! Does Simpero just expect us to change our brand colours so that this works for us?! Of course not - we. cannot just change our brand identity. But can you not see how frustrating this is? And it has been months and months since the change
