If a community is free, it can be a disaster for community culture and integrity if ALL new (non-paying) members can comment and send DMs. Allow members to earn the right to comment and dm or comment by receiving a certain Tag.

Like after they complete onboarding, they can comment. After their posts get 20 likes, they can DM. etc.
