I really like the option that Kajabi gives to have a "collapsed" window with a summary of the Terms and Conditions at checkout.

Before the window, the text says: I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this page as follows:

I find this interesting because people don't have to open another window to read the terms. Nor can they say they "didn't read them" since they already have them on the checkout page itself.
