Hey lovely team

Now that you've given extra love to the survey function, one of my clients asked me: why can't we do a matrix question for rating various areas. See attached from a quick one I did in SurveyMonkey - I've also added how it looks in the backend.

This function would be AMAZING to have in surveys and worksheets.
