Simplero’s AI functionality is excellent. I’m getting consistently strong feedback from users who report high-quality answers with a high degree of credibility.
From my own experience, Opus 4.5 handles even complex, domain-specific questions very well—at least for my use case.
Requested Improvement:
It would be highly valuable if administrators could grant individual (per-user) access not only to the standalone AI bots, but also to all of Simplero’s built-in AI features—meaning the AI tools available on each page and those embedded inside course modules.
At the moment, it seems that only the standalone AI bots can be access-controlled at an individual level. Expanding individual access management to cover the entire AI ecosystem in Simplero would be a significant quality upgrade.
Why This Matters:
Enables more flexible rollout (pilot groups, phased access, tiered offerings)
Improves member experience by matching access to subscription level or learning stage
Gives admins better control over how AI is used across courses and memberships
If per-user permissions could apply across all AI features (not just standalone bots), it would unlock a much more coherent and powerful way to manage AI inside Simplero.
