When linking to the forum from a page or lesson, and clicking that link in the Simplero app, the forum opens in a browser session.

Now that we have forums enabled within the Simplero app, it would be super cool to have forum links open the forum within the app, so the user doesn't leave the app when going to the forum.

That would be useful in everyday use of the Simplero app - both for site-wide forum, and for forums inside groups.
