AI is taking over the world and we need to keep up. I can buy a separate tool and integrate it with Simplero but it would be great if Simplero had a native AI system that could learn about existing products, content, courses, etc. and provide chat help for website viewers as well as course participants and potential clients. And when it doesn't know the answer, it could automatically open a support ticket.

This would also set Simplero apart as I don't think any of its competitors offer a native AI support system like this.
