When a customer books an appointment it would be nice if they could leave their telephone number in addition to their email and name) AND that it is possible for them to leave a note about the topic they want to discuss with me (an open text field)

I dont get it? This is what pops up when you scheduelan apointment? No extra field to give me a telephone numer and now field to write what you want to discuss??? How can this request be complete?

I also would require an attachment/upload field (like, we're meeting to discuss some project; please send me a document in advance)
And would prefer a drop-down.
So basically, the same way you can add additional fields for participants on a product.
