New action: create a support ticket (on behalf of client)

I'd love to be able to create support tickets inside an automation, or via a trigger.
Specifically, when someone purchases one of my products, I need to go manually do something outside of Simplero, and then tell them it's been done and here's some details about it. Currently, I have triggers set up to create a Task (because you can do that via a triggered action), but I have a canned response in the support tickets that's easier for me to use. So I create a Task, then I have to manually open a support ticket for the contact, send them the reply, close the ticket, then complete the task. It's not a great workaround.
