Notification to myself, when payment from customer fails
Mads Bo Falk
I have suggested it before, and I still find it very problematic, that Simplero doesn't give me any notification when an installment from one of my customers fails. I can't even see it in the emails sent-log for the customer, that my automated emails for failed installments have been sent.
Since my relationship with my customers/clients is pretty personal, me being af therapist, it is very bad that I don't know of problems with payments, when I meet them! Also I would of cause like to be able to see ALL emails, that have been sent, in the log, including automated ones related to failed payments.

Absolutely agree that we should be able to see all transactional emails sent to our customers. They are being sent on our behalf. We need to know exactly when and how our customers are being emailed about payments, expiring cards, etc.
Option to be notified, but also a way to see each email within the customer’s payment account.

I receive an email from Simplero when the auto-withdraw for one of my payment-plan customers doesn't succeed. It sounds like that is what you're saying.
However, I set it up so long ago, I don't remember which buttons I clicked in order to be notified when this happens. Maybe ask customer support what you need to select in order to be notified.
And finally... yes, I agree, it would be helpful to see which emails are sent to the customer, including automated emails about when there credit card expires or the automatic withdrawal fails.
