Page Builder 2.0 - add <dfn> and <abbr> buttons to WYSIWYG

Since it's no longer possible to switch to <HTML> mode in the Page Builder 2.0 WYSIWYG editor, it'd be great if there were buttons to allow word definitions <dfn> and abbreviations <abbr>. Especially in the health and personal growth industry, there are a lot of acronyms.
