Hi.
When I look at the 'Course analytics -> Lesson completion' to see how much a participant has watched. You can't look op a contact that does not have access anymore.
Case:
We have a participant that want to get a refund for a course. She has stopped the payments on her installments so now she is inactive. She claims that she has not participated in the course. We would like to be able to see if that it True.
But there is no setting to see statistics for inactive participants/members so we can't see if she has watched any of the content or not.
Please add a filter option to see analytics for inactive members/participants.
