When a lead signs up for a meeting it is very important that I can send out reminder e-mails and SMS. It could be 24 hours, 8 hours and 1 hour before our meeting.
It is very important that the lead shows up for out appointment, because it is here I sell my product.

It says complted, but how do we turn on the notifications for each event, so that they will come 24 h before or 1mh before?
I see no difference in the event scheduler?

I'm having some challenges with cancelled and rescheduled events still getting reminders sent out. And clients that have multiple scheduled events coming up but using the same automation.

Support this idea very much - reminders are important for events!
When sending out timestamps with the {{event_time}} field, please could we make the date/time formatting follow the regional settings for the recipient?
- 24-hour format vs. AM/PM
- Weekday names translated to the recipients language.
English: Wed, May 1 · 9 – 9:30pm CEST (30 mins)
Could be localized to danish:
Onsdag 1. maj kl. 21 - 21:30 CEST (30 minutter)
That would make the reminder emails even more readable :-)

Could this be done for events too? I would love for them to be able to opt-in for a reminder for my events

Laura Grubb: You can do it in automations with stand alone events already.
But recurring events still can't get automatically inserted reminders.
