Remove Comment Count, if Comments Are Not Allowed

If a course doesn't allow comments, please remove the "Comment Count" from view. It shows "0 Comments" which implies the viewer can leave a comment. And it also implies low activity, unnecessarily.

Hey Tiger Singleton! is that on the admin side that you are referring to?
Tiger Singleton
Lis Alvarez All sides, but most importantly the customer side. It's helpful on the admin side so it's less confusing. If I as an admin see 0 comments, seems unecessaunnecessaryry if comments are not turned on.

Tiger Singleton I currently can't see the 0 comments reference on the customer side. Can you point me to an example?
Tiger Singleton
Lis Alvarez I saw it on the phone app, which triggered this request.

Tiger Singleton: oh! got it! Thank you. I'll specify that to the Engineering team.

Actually Tiger Singleton
Looking at the App I can't see any reference to comments there either. Do you have a screenshot and link to the course/lesson you are seeing it on?

Related: if the comment count is zero, don't show "0 Comments" (for the same reasoning) -- just show "leave the first comment" or similar.
