Remove pricing from webbook headers

When adding a Pricing block within a webbook, each individual price has a header in the webbook TOC, which is a bit weird.

Ali Ryder: Absolutely. I realized that this would help organize a couple of sales/landing pages into categories, which would be easier to navigate, via the side menu.
