It would be awesome if saved replies could be loaded to the support ticket and emails. That way, we CS replies to customers, they can click the saved replies option within the email, and choose the template that goes best with the response to the customer and update it accordingly. Help Scout has this option and it would be great if Simplero would jump on board as it is truly convenient, especially for Customer Support. Thank you!

Hi Jamie Gulino Davis! We already have this functionality on Support tickets with the New Simplero Editor.
This functionality is still under development and might change eventually, but in the meantime, it can be used :)
- Go to your dashboard > Settings > Simplero Labs > https://www.simplero.com/go/admin/test_track
- Enable the feature flag WYSIWYG Editor 2.0.
- Saved messages are managed on the Support Tickets page > top right corner > Manage macros
- Turn On the New Simplero Editor on the support ticket editor
- You can insert saved messages using the latest icon on the editor
