Hi.
Simplero does not show at all that you have failed payments when you log in to your Simplero account (and you have failed payments).
I would like it to be more obvious that you have failed payment and easier for our contacts to pay what they owe - when they log into their account.
  1. The membership site you had access to just disappears in the overview of your membership sites.
Please still show the site but with a banner on it telling people that they must pay their installments/subscription to get access again. Let it be clickable and direct them to the page where they can pay.
It should only go away from their overview if we cancel their purchase or if it expires.
Not if they have failed payments.

On the overview of their invoices please also add a button to pay what they owe with a very visible text telling them that the invoice is unpaid.
