I’d love to request a feature that would greatly improve client support, community management, and overall user experience on the platform.
The problem
At the moment, when a client leaves comments inside a course (under lessons, posts, or community content), there is no centralized way to see those comments from the contact’s profile.
This creates a real issue in day-to-day support:
Clients sometimes message saying “you didn’t reply to my comment”.
As a creator or facilitator, I have no way to know where that comment was left unless I manually search through courses, lessons, or community threads.
This is time-consuming and increases the risk of missed responses, which directly affects trust and perceived support.
Proposed solution
Please add a “Comments” section inside the Contact profile, showing:
All comments left by that user
Date and time
The course / lesson / post where the comment was made
A direct link to the original comment
(Optional) Whether the comment has received a reply or not
Why this matters
Improves customer support efficiency
Prevents missed or delayed responses
Makes community moderation much easier
Strengthens the relationship between creators and clients
Is especially important for programs that rely on interaction, reflection, and ongoing feedback (coaching, therapy-informed courses, education, etc.)
This is a standard and very valuable feature in community-based platforms, and it would make a big difference in Simplero’s usability for creators with active courses and communities.
