Hi we are moving our community of 450 people (give or take those who leave) over to Simplero from Circle. We have 2 pricing options:
  1. Annual payment - pay in full that will roll over if they don't contact us to cancel
  2. A 12 month payment plan (not monthly and not able to be cancelled). The reason we do this is that we have a LOT of training and resources we provide (and intellectual property) and we don't want people to do a month get all the content and leave.
It doesn't seem that there is any way to get a price to roll over automatically once the 12 month commitment is up without getting the client to sign up again - which is laborious for us and definitely not 'simple'.
We want to be able to set up an automation email saying "Hey you payment plan is set to renew on xx date and unless you give us 7 days notice in writing it will automatically renew' - this gives people time to opt out of the next 12 months and advise us to cancel it.
Is this a possibility please - I am sure other people have 12 month payment plans that renew or similar thanks Penny
