Happy New Year. I am requesting the option for headers in the order form. I have a survey on my order form that was previously a Google doc. The order form seems to be the best place for the survey now that I am with Simplero. The questions of the survey help me understand what the participant is intending to focus on during the creative sessions I facilitate. I was able to successfully add the survey questions (with a checkbox) to the order form. I'm now looking for a way to add the header: "Which of the following intentions interest you? " I currently have a text box as the header. But a header that people can NOT edit and could have dark prominent text would be wonderful! Thanks!
