I was showing off the forum to a bunch of new members and naturally I clicked the "Members" directory to show them how cool it is that they could find members by keywords... right?

So I clicked "find members" and was embarrassed to discover that it only searches names... not keywords 😅😅

Please modernize the member directory search -- it should:

1) index all the words in the bios of all members

2) understand similar words, e.g. "astrologer" should be found by searching "astrology"
