One of my payment processors is "Send me an invoice" because many of my clients work for the government and are required to submit an invoice for processing.

That's fine, except that sometimes I don't notice when this occurs. I get an email every time a purchase is made, but it's buried in the text that it's a manual payment and I have to take action. I get sometimes dozens of emails about new purchases a day, so I don't read them all.

It would be great if I could set up a global trigger/action whenever someone selects the specific payment processor of "Send me an invoice." I'd use this to post to a webhook and notify myself by sending a DIFFERENT email than just the default "someone purchased your product"
