Hi. Please make it possible to Add and remove contacts in a group chat via automation steps. It would be awesome to be able to use the chat feature as a place for our participants to connect. But we would have to add and remove all the members manually. And that is going to be quite a hassle to do that when you have a lot of members coming and going each month. These two automation steps would be great to have: Add contact to Group chat: ___Select the relevant group chat from a drop down____ Remove contact from Group chat: ___Select the relevant group chat from a drop down____ Thank you very much Siif

Currently, there is no way to change the email address that receives notifications for private group join requests. All requests to join private groups are sent to the account owner's email by default, with no way to change this. Please allow us to change the email address where these notifications are sent.

I probably use automations a bit differently than most, as I run 1:1 programs and individually control when each contact should move forward or wait in the automation. It would be so nice if I could avoid clicking on the contact bar to see who is waiting at a given step, and instead simply hover over it and see the names. Maybe just 8–10 names. I know there probably aren’t many people who need this, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it’s a small thing for you to implement 🤞🏻❤

Please consider adding a "Copy to Clipboard" option for individual columns. We can do Sections, Rows and Elements, but it would be such a time saver to also have this function for columns.

We would like to be able to offer our courses in our own branded app instead of in the Simplero app. Passion Dan offers this option - so it should be doable :)

Can we have a toggle or method to allow users to submit their testimonials showing publicly as anonymous? The user COULD enter their name as 'Anonymous' but most won't realise this is possible without instruction (and the simpler/more obvious we can make it the better!). Several of my clients work in the health and wellbeing industry and whilst their customers are happy to share their feedback with my clients, MOST of those want us to share anonymously when we add to our websites/social media. To be clear, we don't want feedback to be anonymous for the Simplero admins - just on the front end/public facing. A toggle on the form that says 'show as Anonymous' or 'hide my name' or something else that makes sense to the customer when completing the testimonial form would be great!

Group names are causing a bit of confusion - maybe it could be made simpler. In the group directory, the "Name" set under Group Info text is being used as the Group title, and becomes visible in the group directory. In the site's notification settings page on a membership site, groups are currently listed by the text set up in "Forum Page Title" for each group. Do we really need both a Group Name and a Forum Page Title? Or could we simplify the task of configuring and using groups, by using only "Group Name" and then displaying that in both the group directory, the notification settings page and the header of the group page?

One of the key requests from my members is to be able to direct message / private chat with each other. I love that Simplero has it in the desktop version... but not yet the Mobile version? (Unless it's buried somewhere...)

Id just love to have the option of my clients being able to pay with something called Klarna or/ and swish, I do sense some kind of hesitation with opening your credit card for payment to another country outside of Sweden,. When you have a product with multiple tiers AND you have current participants, and then you add a new coaching program to ONLY SOME tiers, a problem occurs. The problem is when adding a coaching program to the product, it defaults that the coaching program is available for ALL price tiers, and IMMEDIATELY grants all participants access to the coaching program, BEFORE you hit save. Do the following steps. Add a product with two tiers. Add a participant to each tier. Add a coaching program. Note that when the coaching program is added, it says "All" under tiers by default. Change from "All" tiers to just one tier. Click Save. The problem is that the product/coaching seems to auto-save at step 3. Like, it doesn't matter if you click Save or not in step 5. At step 3, the coaching program is applied to to current students, using the tier rules (which at this point are "All" tiers). And then when I change it from All to not all in step 4, the applicable students are not un-enrolled. Nor does clicking the Save button have any impact on the coaching, tiers, or current students. Here are a few things that would make sense to me: When adding a coaching program, have the default be NO tiers instead of ALL, and then manually select which ones you want. OR, Current participants are not enrolled until after I click the Save button. This gives me a chance to set the settings to what I want before they take effect.
