Hi there, I know this is a big ask, but I've recently found Substack ( www.substack.com ) and it seems like a great platform to manage and launch my podcast episodes, and a lot more. They offer the ability for people to subscribe to my substack to receive email updates regarding any posts that I share. Would it be possible for Simplero and Substack to have a relationship such that the contact list is shared and synchronized? For example, the Spirit with Love List on my Simplero account would be synchronized with the Spirit with Love Podcast on Substack. Thanks as always for your consideration. Lots of Love, Daniel 🙂❤

There are issues with purchasing a course twice because the customer is registered in the list with the date of the first purchase, not the latest date. The problem arises in the form of old emails, which are no longer part of the automation process but have been corrected in the meantime between purchases and being sent to the customer. This is very confusing and appears highly unprofessional. I was advised to create new lists. However, the issue is that I don’t know when a customer orders the course again. I’ve only discovered the error when old emails are sent together with the new ones. This must be fixable as a 'list problem.' I assume the CRM system keeps track of the rest of the customer information. And I also see another issue too. Is it possible to reset all the modules and lessons in the course portal for every customer who is "revoked" from the course after they receive the last email after a year?

Hi. Please add info in the contact activity log showing when a contact click on the "Manage preferences" in the footer of an email. And please add info about what the activate and deactivate when they manage their preferences. These info are missing in the existing activity log and it makes it hard to trouble shoot when some contacts suddenly receive old emails or other actions. Thank you very much Siif

Hi. We often have to make two different email lists for the same thing because we want some of the sign-up forms to show the GDPR consent box and other sign up forms to not show the GDPR consent box. It makes our setup unnecessarily complicated when we have to create workarounds like this. Please let us select if a sign-up form should include a GDPR consent box or not - and do not have the setting dependent on what email list the sign up form is connected to. We would like the GDPR consent to be a setting on the sign up form instead of a setting on the email list. Thank you in advance Siif

The CAPTCHA to prevent bot sign ups should be on the same page as the initial list sign up. The user should not be redirected to a secondary page where they must reenter their info and then click the CAPTCHA to prove they are human. This makes the process more complicated for the user and decreases conversions.

Right now the only way to have a list of all contacts for a list is to setup an automation every time you add a new list to automatically add that person to the main list as well. This unnecessary step to add an automation every time we make a list is not simple. Why not have a "default" list that literally just is "ALL contacts" that just happens automatically? Either that or create a send to all contacts options for the broadcast, emails etc to make this all list not needed, but bottom line could be a lot simpler.

GDPR text box should allow for a toggle to make checking the box mandatory for list sign ups.

The purpose in adding dropdown fields to a lead gen form is to try to turn away the spam leads. But the dropdown fields will just let people submit the form with the first option... I don't want them to skip the field, so I need it to have a "please choose" option that doesn't allow them to submit the form unless they've clicked on it & chosen a real option. Does that make sense?

While testing a new list, I discovered the global snippet we use for the signature block does not work. The end result email shows the code instead of the content. Now I have to add the entire code for the signature block to every list confirmation email! Please fix.

Sell courses via WhatsApp or make list contacts via WhatsApp phone numbers ?? :)
