Hi Simplero team, I’m very happy to see that Simplero already supports exporting support tickets with all columns to CSV or Excel. However, the full conversation/content (ticket body) is not included in the export. For users who need to archive, migrate, analyze, or audit their customer support history, having access to the complete message content is essential. Right now, only the ticket metadata exports, which makes the exported file incomplete and not very useful for record-keeping or external analysis. Requested Feature: Please add an option to export all support tickets with their full body content, including: The complete conversation thread for each ticket • All replies (from both customer and support team) • Optionally, timestamps and authors for each message Why this is important: • Ensures full data portability • Necessary for businesses that need backups or offline archives • Supports data analysis and reporting workflows • Helps with compliance and long-term customer support documentation Extremely valuable when building an AI/ChatGPT assistant for customer support, since high-quality training data requires the full message history from real support interactions This addition would significantly expand what users can do with their own support data.
