Problem The new app creates significant confusion among users. The homepage displays a mix of recently visited lessons and a mix off Membership Sites from multiple companies, making it extremely difficult for users to locate their content. This design also undermines companies’ ability to seamlessly guide users to their intended membership content without distractions or the need for additional support. Proposal Reintroduce a three-level structure to improve navigation. Level 1: A straightforward list of companies without images, as in the previous app. Level 2: A landing page for each company’s Membership Sites, similar to the previous app but with the option to enhance it using Simplero’s PageBuilder elements. Level 3: The homepage for the selected Membership Site, with clear navigation back to the company’s overview. Details Level 1: Select Company Page This page should display a simple list of companies without images to avoid visual clutter caused by differing branding styles. The company who linked via an email should be preselected and highlighted, allowing users to proceed with a single NEXT click. Other companies can be sorted by recent visits, most recently purchased Membership Sites, or alphabetically. Level 2: Membership Sites Landing Page This page should build on the design from the previous app and offer potential improvements using Simplero’s PageBuilder. It could include: • A Hero Media section with the company’s logo, name, and an image. • A Featured Membership Sites section, allowing companies to highlight, reorder or hide specific sites. • A Text-and-Video section for a brief welcome or introduction to the company’s membership area. Content should auto-generate based on the company’s style guide but remain customizable for unique branding ans specific needs. Leave option to disable the site and jump directly to the membership site in case the company has only one membership site. Level 3: Membership Site Homepage The homepage for the selected Membership Site should make navigation simple and intuitive. Users must have a clear way to return to the company’s Membership Sites overview and explore other sites. ( And also to get to level 1 and, switch to other companies.) Recently visited lessons should be listed as a menu option, inside a membership site, rather than a fixed element at the top of the page in level 1 or 2. Direct routing after login from the website Users who log in via a company’s website or through an email link should be redirected directly to level 2, that company’s Membership Sites landing page. This ensures that users land exactly where they expect to find their content, without distractions or unnecessary confusion. It also prevents the need for additional support, as users can intuitively navigate to their content. This update enables companies to create visually appealing login buttons using Simplero’s PageBuilder, which can be placed prominently on their websites, enhancing usability and professionalism. Why this matters Improved usability makes it easier for users to navigate and quickly locate their content. Clear navigation levels eliminate confusion and distractions. Direct access ensures users reach the correct destination immediately after logging in. Consistency across the app and website enhances user experience and builds trust. Enhanced branding allows companies to present their content in a professional and tailored manner. Conclusion Reintroducing a three-level structure resolves current navigation challenges, improves user satisfaction, minimizes frustration, and provides a cohesive, professional, and user-friendly experience for companies and their users—ensuring seamless access without distractions or the need for additional support. These changes should secure Simpleros position as one of the best platforms, providing a professional app experience, for the companies and users.
