Hi Simplero team, We’ve discovered that users on the Simplero app are unable to access or change their notification settings. On the web version, the settings icon is visible, but in the app there is no equivalent option, leaving users stuck on the notification list without a way to manage their preferences. This creates confusion and prevents users from controlling the notifications they receive, which is an important part of the overall user experience.

Site Groups is a great feature, however the way it shows 'Groups you have joined' is neither intuitive or beautiful. On the app, you need to scroll down underneath "latest news from your groups" which was a quick solution per my request. In my opinion, 'Groups you have joined' should be placed in the navigation bar in between "News from your groups" and "Discover new groups". This gives the option to put it in a nice 3by3 with additional information about the group. This would enhance the user experience greatly!

When using the New Community experience for the main website, the theme colors can automatically switch between dark and light colors. For sites with a lot of pages that don't adapt to the light/dark color theme switching, it may be more useful to have the site run on on a specific color theme, either light or dark, all the time. Could there be a switch to lock the color theme (or leave it up to logged-in users to decide for themselves?

Please add a direct URL for playlists inside courses/memberships, so users can open and view the entire playlist immediately — without going through a specific lesson first. Why it matters: Most of my members access my content through the Simplero mobile app. Currently, the only possible link opens a single lesson and requires the user to click an extra button to see the full playlist. This creates confusion, support requests, and an unnecessary extra step for the end-user. What is needed: A unique URL for each playlist This URL should open a “playlist overview screen” directly - one for each playlist No auto-opening of a lesson first Should work both in app and web Impact: This would dramatically improve UX for members who want to browse or choose freely between sessions, meditations, or audio files. I have a public website made with Simplero. Very plain and simple. Without Dark Mode. Apparently, if you visit my website from a membership site where you have turned on dark mode, my website will be viewed in dark mode as well. With no ability to switch it off - because I have disabled login for the website. Right now this means that text on the page - dark on dark - cannot be viewed. This is not very clever in my opinion. And at the moment we do not have the ressources to design a nice dark mode layout for the website. As such I would suggest the ability to overall disable dark mode from any website. Actually we have not had the ressources to design dark mode designs for any of our membership sites either. We are probably not the only one juggling tasks and limited time ...

Hey team We would love to be able have a button on our sites "welcome page" that prompts "open a chat with admin/or specific team-member" I can't see that as a possibility currently, but would be great to have! Thanks /Sarah

I would like it to be possible to see unique views per day for a page on a site, like it is now for only total views.

Hi Simplero Team! ☺️ IIt would be really helpful to have the ability to rename playlists after they are created. Right now, playlist names are generated automatically, which makes it difficult to organize content clearly – especially when managing a large library of videos and courses. Allowing users to edit playlist names would make the platform much more flexible and user-friendly. Thank you for considering this feature 🙏

Mem. Site Group Chat the previous message you posted is saved as a draft, which is great. But, the next time a person goes to post a new message, the draft is always there showing. It’s annoying that you have to delete your last message every time you want to add a new post.

If an item on a playlist becomes unavailable because it is deleted, set to draft or un-dripped, show it as greyed out / inactive, to avoid sending users to 404 not found pages when clicking the items.
