I'm glad we can change a contact's main email address, as well as for product announcements... but why can't we change the email associated with their Simplero ID, which I think is where they're receiving notification emails from a membership site and course notifications? Would be great to be able for us admins to change it for them! Thank you.

Hi. Case is: When a contact send us a reply to one of our emails and we open that replay in our 'Email-support-system' (Helpwise), then it shows up in the contact info of the contact, as if they have opened the email. Please prevent that because it makes the activity-log useless when it comes to information about opened emails. If it is not possible to stop this from happening, then please show either the IP or the emailaddress that has opened the email (please see attached image) --- Additional information: We do not use Simplero's build in support system We do not use Simplero's email reply feature ('Process and filter email replies and forward them to you') The original email is not automatically opened when we receive a reply for an email. It is hidden behind 3 dots in the reply-email (please see attached image) Thank you in advance Siif

Clients are experiencing spam bot submissions on their forms and surveys. This is costing a lot in admin time to clean up daily. And it's blowing out their contact records and increasing their Simplero plan unnecessarily. Other uses have reported similar attacks on order forms. There needs to be a solution to protect these forms from such attacks. Recaptcha integration would be a great option. We need something to stop this.

Hi. We often need to add a tag to a a bunch os contacts. I would love to have an import feature for tags. How we do it today: Either we manually add the tag to each contact via an action on the contact view. Or we import the selected contacts to a temporary list and the select them all in the list and add the tag via an action... and then.... unassign them all from that list again. By having a contact import feature directly on the tag we would save a lot of time then that process. Thank you very much Siif

Right now, if you preview the contacts for a specific segment, it includes archived contacts. So when I go to review my "no list no purchase" contacts, I get all the people I've previously archived for that reason when what I WANT to see is if there are any new contacts that need to be archived. Please exclude previously archived contacts from Segment previews unless specifically requested OR add options to include/exclude based on archived status.

The layout on the contact page has recently been changed, in this process, the visuals for Bounced and Do not contact status has been turned into two tiny icons (! in triangle for bounced and raised hand for do not contact). I strongly recommend bringing the old visuals back or make the icons 10 times bigger. Being bounced or having Do not contact on is some of the main reasons people don't receive emails, and it's been a great help, that this was clearly visible. Especially because currently most bounced statuses occur from bounces on other accounts, so going through your own bounced emails wont help, we only notice when a customer writes to us about not getting emails. An average Simplero user will most likely never notice that tiny ! or hand, let alone find the reset function, and for us experienced users, it makes spotting it much harder even though we know what to look for (after having identified the meaning of the icons) I understand the urge to smarten up the contact page, but these two changes of layout is detrimental to usability.

Currently there is no secondary email field avaialble for custom contacts. We are forced to use a simple text form which does not know or check for an email during adding.

I am requesting "Super Admin Access" to my clients account so I can help troubleshoot peoples dashboards, receipts and content. Please let me see what they see.

When I filter contacts by "unsubscribe" or "do no contact" I want to be able to flag contacts and have the trash can icon so I can delete them. After a campaign, many contacts unsubscribe, and I want to be able to delete those contacts at once. And not have to go through them one by one.

When I have to sort irrelevant contacts and remove spam bots, I need to be able to filter like this 1: Not subscribed to any list ✅ 2: Not purchased any product ✅ 3: Not participant on any product ❓ We already have the first two filters - is or is not, but I need the 3rd one. Is or is not a participant on a product. We need this filter because the participant may be different from buyer on products sometimes. Hope it makes sense :-) Linda Bendix Certified Simplero Expert
