Feature Requests

Currently (not sure when this was changed, it used to show the renewal date) the orderform (both old and new) doesn't show the renewal date when the selected price is a simple subscription (like one period that continues forever, no trial and no commitment). It just says "renews monthly" or whatever the period is set to. This is not good enough, it needs to show the exact renewal date, since "monthly" can mean a number of things like in exactly the same date next month, in 30 days (like Simplero does), the last day of every month or the first. "Monthly" definitely isn't specific enough.

Request: Currently, due to VISA and EU merchant regulations, Simplero automatically sends a notification 3 days before the trial period is over and 7 days before a change in the subscription price. These are too many notifications in a short time for a first-time customer. It’s causing a high number of recently acquired clients to cancel their subscriptions before renewal. I would like to be able to disable these notifications so I can set up my own customized notifications instead.

I am missing a feature, where I can choose a specific month to be payment free in subscriptions payment. Example July where I would not give my costumers any content because of holyday season

I can't believe that Square isn't a supported processor and that nobody's requested it!

Make the yearly donation visible and shown separately on customers receipts and payment page + order form. Our participants, who have chosen to add a donation amount every time they renew, are confused, because they can't see their donation on the receipt when they renew. They can't even see it on their own 'manage payment page'. I think it is just fair that they see what they pay, product X amount + Donation X amount = Total amount.

Hello there awesome Simplero people! Id just love to have the option of my clients being able to pay with something called Klarna or/ and swish, I do sense some kind of hesitation with opening your credit card for payment to another country outside of Sweden,. In Stripe you can turn on a payment by Klarna, Przelewy24, BLIK, Apple Pay. All of this payments aren't working in Simplero.

Please enable clients to checkout with Affirm/Klarna/etc. That would be an incredible add for Simplero customers.

Simplero promised MobilePay for subscription before the end of April? Now it’s May!

Would be great if we were able to change the text displayed for the checkout button on an order form. What works for an English CTA (call to action) text does not always be the case in Danish. The texts tends to be a little too "aggressive" in Danish (at least for our target group).
